We did wonder, though, why Novastor doesn’t offer its own online storage service.
Ease of Use:

There are features located in the Simple View that aren’t located in the Advanced View and vice versa. For example, you’re only going to find the Refresh My Backup feature in the Simple View, and Copy Wizard is only available in the Advanced View. This increases the learning curve for beginning users who want to transition to the features available in the Advanced View. We would like to see Novastor make each set of features function similarly with the only difference being the amount of explanation that’s provided for features in the Simple View.

However, you have to pay a one-time fee to unlock email support for one year. With this plan, you will receive a response within one business day. If you want a shorter response time, you have to pay a similar fee for every incident. Novastor has paid services to help you set up this Windows backup software and restore your data as well.
While their user forums, knowledgebase, documentation and training videos provide an ample amount of information, the nuts and bolts of Novastor’s customer service options are only available in their paid support plans. The fact they charge for help and support diminishes the value of their outstanding customer service options.
